MONTHLY RETAINERS
The Commercial Assist Program provides commercial support to emerging, small, medium and large enterprises. By subscribing to the program owners, contractors, and consultants are instantly connected, allowing for all contractual-related and commercial queries to be addressed. Subscribers are provided with contractual interpretations, straightforward explanations on legislation and practices and general advice on how to deal with construction and site related problems from a contractual perspective. Some of our clients also subscribe to the Commercial Assist Program for the purpose of adjudication and arbitration proceedings.
TRAINING & SEMINARS
Enabling and equipping the diverse community of the built-industry role-players like engineers, contractors, project managers, architects, quantity surveyors, and procurement officials is one of our key objectives.
