Our CEO
Advocate Chris Roos brings with him 30 years of large capital project and programme experience and an in-depth understanding of commercial law and engineering and construction practices. He frequently acts as mediator, adjudicator and independent arbitrator and represent parties on a daily basis in adjudication and arbitration proceedings.
Advocate Chris Roos holds an LL.B from UNISA, an MDP from the University of Manchester, a National Diploma in Advanced Project Management (Cum Laude) and a Certificate in Advanced Contract & Construction Law from the University of Pretoria. He is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, Member of the National Bar Council of South Africa and a Member of the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa) NPC.
