This booking form constitutes as a legal binding contract. Attendees agree to these terms and conditions by registering for a seminar.
CHRIS ROOS & ASSOCIATES SEMINAR CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION AND TRANSFER POLICY
If you are unable to attend the seminar for which you have registered, you can substitute another person in your place or transfer your registration to another date or another seminar of equal (or lesser) value without penalty for a period of six (6) months following the starting date of th e seminar for which you registered. However, your request for substitution or transfer must be made in writing. Only one transfer is permitted, and all transfers expire within six (6) months of the start day of the original seminar without exception.
Payment Terms: Payment is required within seven (7) days on receipt of tax invoice. Following completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required within seven (7) days from receipt of tax invoice and an invoice will be send as receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse admission and withhold CPD points and certificate payment is not received on time, a payment or an official purchase order must be received prior to the conference or training seminar. Fees: Fees are exclusive of VAT.
Cancellation Policy: Written cancellations made within 48 hours of the receipt of the signed registration form will receive a full refund. Cancellation received in writing 1 month prior to the start of the event will receive a 50% refund or discount on the invoiced amount. Cancellation within 1 month of the start of the event will not receive any refund and will be liable for the full invoiced amount, however a substi tution of the delegate will be allowed or a transfer to any of the other seminars scheduled can be arranged. If a registered delegate does not cancel and fails to attend the seminar, this will be treated as a cancellation and no refund or credit will be issued.
No-shows: Registrants who do not attend the event, without written notices as per the cancellation policy will be liable for 100% of the invoiced amount.
If for any reason CHRIS ROOS & ASSOCIATES decide to cancel or postpone the seminar, CHRIS ROOS & ASSOCIATES will not be responsible for covering airfare, hotel or other travel costs incurred by clients. If the event is postponed, CHRIS ROOS & ASSOCIATES reserves the right to transfer the delegate/s
